At Qroo Entertainment Corp, we stand by the quality of our products and strive to ensure complete satisfaction for our business clients. As a wholesale apparel supplier serving all 50 U.S States and the Riviera Maya market, we understand the importance of accuracy, timeliness, and product integrity.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: Must be reported within 7 business days of delivery.
  • Incorrect Orders (Wrong item, size, or quantity): Must be reported within 7 business days of delivery.
  • All return requests must be pre-approved by our customer service team.

Due to the nature of wholesale and custom orders, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, overstock, or unsold inventory.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@qrooentertainmentcorp.com with:
    • Your company name
    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Photos (if applicable)
  2. Our team will review and provide return instructions or issue a credit, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping costs.
  • For all other approved returns, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-printed or private-label garments
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Products returned without authorization

Refunds & Credits

Approved returns will be processed within 7 business days after receipt and inspection of goods. Refunds are issued in the original payment method or as store credit, as determined by Qroo Entertainment Corp.
